Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: email, display name, hashed password (or Google sign-in identifier).
• Your business data: customers, addresses, phone numbers, photos, routes, equipment, job history — entered by you.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store a customer ID and subscription status; we never see your card number.
• Device & logs: push subscription tokens (opt-in), basic error logs, and request metadata.

How we use it

Only to run the Service: show your data back to you, send the reminders you opted into, process payments, and prevent abuse. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers.

Who can see it

Row-level security restricts every record to the account that owns it. Sub-processors:

• Supabase (hosting & database)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google Maps (address autocomplete & route display)
• Cloudflare (CDN & serverless runtime)

Customer photos & images

Uploaded photos live in private buckets and are served via short-lived signed URLs scoped to your account.

Your rights

• Access / export: download a JSON copy of your data from Account → Export my data.
• Delete: permanently delete your account and all associated data from Account → Delete account.
• Correction: edit any record directly in the app.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion, data is removed from the live database within 30 days. Encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
