Terms of Service

By creating an account and using GeauxMow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

GeauxMow is a private operations tool for solo and small-team lawn-care businesses to manage customers, routes, equipment, and job completions.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscription & billing

Paid features require an active subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing; access continues through the end of the current period.

4. Your data

You own the customer, job, and equipment data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, or upload content you don't have permission to use. Don't try to bypass authentication, rate limits, or billing.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings — deletion is permanent and removes your data within 30 days. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms.
